Joe's Unofficial Scrum Checklist V1.3

It is Memorial Day weekend and time for another edition of Joe's Unofficial Scrum Checklist.

No, not really.

But someone in class asked what he could use to check that his team's were using Scrum well.  I suggested:

1. The ScrumButt Test - 8 points.
2. "A list summarizing Scrum" (V.5)  - 2 sides of one page.  Fairly packed.
3. Joe's Unofficial Scrum Checklist (Now V1.3)

Well, I did not at that time recommend #3.  But I do now.

I guess it bears repeating: We only seek to do Scrum better because we believe in almost all cases that better Scrum leads to better results.
