Some key points to me:
* We have a long way to go
* Too many people "rolling their own"
* Despite the stupid things, still a fair amount of success
* Key prospective reason: Accelerate time to market (achieved by 71%)
* Key retrospective benefit: manage changing priorities (arguably a subset of faster time to market): Achieved by 84%
